Anywhere color theme - based on the Macintosh Hints file This theme was designed by Jon Bowman. It is based on the "macintosh hints file" but also has a few of my own customizations that I use when I write Java code. I have also made a number of improvements. To get the best out of this theme, please read the section about "Theme Installation" below. You will need to have the Macintosh Hints file downloaded before you can run the theme. Inbox Support I am aware that there is no specific theme available for Inbox. However, I have provided some features that help with organizing and managing your Inbox. If you would like to see a feature added, please let me know. Window Groups I have also added several window groups to make organizing your mail easier. To get the best out of this feature, please read the section about Window Groups in the "Theme Installation" section below. Theme Installation The easiest way to install this theme is to download the zip file, unzip it and move the "anywhere" folder to your Applications folder. You may want to open a Finder window and change the "anywhere" folder from the Finder window's "Go To" option. Note: If you are using the theme on a 32-bit PowerPC operating system (Mac OS 9 or earlier), you may find that some Java applications (such as the Java web browser) crash when you start them with the anywhere theme selected. To work around this problem, change the "anywhere" folder back to your Applications folder. Other Recommended Themes These themes are mostly based on the color schemes from the Macintosh Hints file. I have not installed any of them on a Macintosh computer, but I have found them very useful in organizing and managing my mail. Please let me know if you find these themes useful. This project is the source of the Microsoft Project 2010 tagger. Project Colletta is a Microsoft Project 2010 add-in that allows you to tag items in your Microsoft Project 2010 projects. If you like our product and you would like to support us, please consider buying it. Requirements (NOT an installer. Just extract and run the standalone application.) Projects Comments 1.) I think there are a lot of tags that you cannot pick up from the field. To be more specific: I can't use the WorklistTask tab if I use a tag that isn't present in the list. If I've already done the tagging for that tag, I'd have to go in and clean it up to get it back. I also think that the static formatting makes it difficult to work with the left side. I'd like to be able to format text in different colors. It seems like I have to exit the current tag and go back into it to make the change. Also, you have to have the tags already created before you create the tag. This can be a problem because I have to go back and create the tags for each page. I've used this add-in and it is excellent. I can highly recommend it. However, there are a few things that I would like to see. 1) That the tool for creating tags is more user friendly. As I said before, I have to exit the tag and go back into it before I can make the changes. 2) A better way of using the left side. I'm going to list some tags that I would like to see. * Move to and from a worklist when saving or changing the tags * Tag entire chapters for a resource, with the ability to also tag the individual pages in the chapter * A way to have a global format for a section of the tag. I've already done that with the start section of the tag but it's a pain to do for each tag. * No static formatting. As I said, I have to exit the tag to make the changes. * No font overrides. 3) A way to select multiple items from a list. I would like to see a way to tag something and have it be synced with a database. Also, my biggest complaint is the time it takes to create and add a tag. It takes longer than it should. I haven't seen a way to stop a tag from being created for a page. This is irritating to me because if I'm entering data into the tag, I really don't want to create another tag for the same information. I don't like that I have to go into the task and save the tag every time I add it. I also don't like that when I use the worklist, I have to exit
